To summarize my situation, see below:

I am here in Canada as International Student with my wife having OWP.

I completed my program last AUG2023. At the same month, we receive ITA for permanent residence (my wife as main applicant under CEC). So we applied on September 15 (PR Application).

I am entitled to apply for the following:
PGWP as me, being the main applicant and my wife, she can extend her OWP (it is valid until 2025 since she "opt in".
BOWP for my wife as main applicant and me being a dependent since we already submitted our PR application.
Both permit cost the same (around 200++ ish CAD but cost is not an issue.

Posting this thread to ask if you were on the same shoe as me, which one did you applied to? what are the advantages/disadvantages?
Is it better to apply for BOWP or PGWP? I understand that the need to have a sklilled job for PGWP holder to allow spouse's OWP extension is temporarily suspended, (AND I CAN'T FIND A JOB LOL).
