BOWP applying is needed?

Hello guys,

I am CEC EE Inland applicant and my AOR is May 17th 2018 and Medical Passed is around May 28th.
Since then, no update on my profile yet.

My PGWP will be expired on Nov 26th 2018 and I am wondering if I need to apply for BOWP at this moment?

My concern is what if I apply for BOWP now and then I do not get my BOWP approved by the time my PGWP is expired.

In that case, can I still stay in Canada and continue to work while waiting for BOWP or can I stay but only not allowed to work?
or I have to leave Canada and wait for the update in my home country?

As long as you submit a complete application for BOWP before your PGWP expires, you will be in implied status and can continue to work until you receive a reply from your BOWP or PR application.
