BOWP APPLICATION WITH PNP WHILE WAITING FOR AOR

I just received AINP nomination today and my work permit will expires next week. can i apply for bowp with letter of support and nomination certificate alone without my employer paying compliance fee since i dont have LMIA. pls I need advice

No. You have to have a PR file number/AOR for BOWP or your employer need to pay the compliance fee for closed one. I know it is really annoying...

I would be in a similar situation soon. What is this compliance fee?
My company has applied for my nomination, i received AOR yesterday. Since I only have 5 months left till my work permit expires, it's highly likely that i will get my nomination
days before my work permit expires. In that case, what do i need to do to apply for BOWP?

OP could you please tell me what you have done.
