BOWP and Closed WP ( LMIA Exempt)

Hello guys...
I am province nominee and i have received AOR email from CIC last week. and with nomination i have also received work permit support letter (LMIA exempt) for which i can get closed work permit as long as my employer pay employer compliance fee.

so my question is can i apply for both work permit BOWP and closed WP( LMIA exempt) together??? and is AOR email is enough to apply for BOWP as long as i dont have employment restriction on my nomination??

I am in a similar situation like you, i am a PNP nominee from Ontario. I would appreciate if you can share how did you get the Employment Support letter for a Closed Work Permit?
