Is a Border Crossing Card necessary when arriving in Canada from South Africa? I believe this is the case when arriving from the USA, but does it apply to any other countries?

What is a border crossing card? Do you mean visitor visa? If you don’t have a visitor visa then you need one. What type of visa do you have.
