I have a valid H1B visa (without stamping in India) until Nov 2022 and am planning to cross border at ambassador bridge, Detroit. Is it safe to cross border with H1B without stamping? I am planning to return back on the same day.

Appreciate all suggestions

What do you mean "having a valid H1 visa without stamping in Canada"? Are you talking about having I797 approval and having expired visa?

You should explain clearly and fully and should explain why you are travelling and whats your validity on I797 and where your location is and if you are on H1 status.

I assume you are talking about AVR. If so the refer here:
