Hello!
My husband and I are planning to apply for Inland Spousal. For proof of co-habitation, we’re going to submit our Joint Bank Account Statement showing we’re living at the same address.

Can we blur out our Money Balance? It’s not really that large of an amount.

NOTE: We’ll be presenting a different Bank Account as proof of Financial Capacity.

So what advantage are you getting by blurring it out?

Unless they're specifically asking for proof of available cash funds you can blur the balance out.

Sent solely as proof of cohabitation you can absolutely blur the balance out. When I sent my bank info as part of my proof of cohabitation I simply sent the cover letter of a recent bank communication that showed both of our names and our address - and absolutely no banking details whatsoever. IRCC didn't have an issue with it.
