BLS INDIA - Brompton - Passport Status

Hi......
I submitted my passport and my spouse's passport together for Indian Police Clearence to BLS CANADA located in Brompton. I submitted them as a postal application in a single cover.

However in the online system i can track only my passport status and my spouse's passport not showing up.

I called bls customer support and they told that only primary applicant details can show up. Today only my passport alone received in fedex courier and when i called them to inquire about spouse's passport, they could not track it in the system and asked me to call back on Monday.

Any of you having similar experiences ?

Were you able to track second passport in the system when you sent the family passports together????

Hi, I too applied at the same location but was a single application.Can you please tell when did you applied for PCC?
