Blood Relations Points under EE

How could claim the points for blood relations like my sister under EE system?
As i am main applicant.

I dont think you can get any points for EE for a family member, at least not in calculator.

No CRS (the 1200 scale ranking system) points for relatives. But you can claim adaptability points based on relatives for the minimum entry criteria (the 100 point system) - see here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

The way EE works is you need at least 67 points in the 100 point system to get into the EE pool. Once you enter the pool, you get a recalculated CRS score, which determines whether you get Invitation to Apply. In the former, you get to claim points for your relatives. In the latter, you don't.

The government said this during election campaign that the applicants having blood relatives should get points in EE as well but how many and when they implement this no updates on this lets keep our fingers crossed
