Blessed with a baby boy & London office demanded updated IMM8

People,
i am blessed with baby boy this month and sent Birth certificate to London office and also apply for Form B from NADRA. London office requested updated IMM8 from this site http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
i have checked the site and found two IMM8 forms..which one is for my baby.
