BJ case, how long should I wait for the DM?

BEIJING Case, passed the interview on June 14.
However, the medical exam expired.
Done the medical exam on June 19 in Toronto, the clinic told me that they sent the result out on July 4th.
Also, my passport was received on the same day.

How long should I wait for the final decision made?
I need to get the visa for my tuition fee.

26k next year.
can I use this as excuse will be let them mail out the visa soon? :-X

I am wondering why they made you to redo your medicals...,I've heard there is a new rule about the medical VO can ask for an extension of your medicals without you repass all the tests...

When your medicals had expired?,

Congrats for your visa, sorry though that you cannot benefit from it, but you will very soon!

The old medical result expired in March, VO said that I have to redo it in order to get the visa.

I hope that I can get it back in Aug..

Now I see, they were expired months before your interview; mine expired in 23 June....I hope I will have an extention, I am not living so close from the first accredited doctor from the Embassy.

You will get your passport by August, no worries

I think you should be fine within weeks.

Actually I tried ask them, but they always say that please check online for your application status.

Ecas its very often irelavant, they update it after weeks after a decision of any kind its been made.

I am expecting though to have my visa the same day, it will be quite fair for my VO to consider the delays, after all its not our fault when a file its delayed...

We are going forward with appeal. we would like to know how long we will have to wait to get a reply back from them.
