Can someone help me assess my profile?

I have few queries as well.
Firstly,
My qualification is
B.Tech. ECE from Punjab Technical University, (2009-2013)
From June 2014 to April 2016 I have a job experience working as an IELTS trainer at Webberz Educomp Limited (Amritsar). A private institute.
First doubt, whether I would be able to claim my job experience as it is a different field other than my study.
After that, I got a student visa for a level 7 study in New Zealand, Diploma in electrical engineering(Telecommunication specialization) From November 2016 to still ongoing.
Second doubt is, that whether I will be able to get points on this study as well which I will be completing in this November.

I have secured 8 bands in IELTS academics with nothing less than 7 in each module, and will shortly be giving general IELTS as well and are expecting similar scores.
The third query is that as I am in NEW Zealand now, how would I be able to assess my study in India of B.Tech?

My age is 27 now, and I am working part time as a teacher of IELTS/PTE here in Auckland at a private institute.

Yes, you can claim points for your job experience if it fits the NOC profile and you can get documentation that proves you had a full time job. It does not have to be in the same field as your study.

You cannot get points for education that you haven't completed yet.

To assess your education, you need to send some documents, and your college needs to send some documents. Go to the WES website and look up the procedure. You can also get in touch with your college.
