I've all other documents so I may reconsider it to send my application with out Date of birth certificate - INDIAN embassy .

These documents should be fine for a "Date of Birth" proof. Notarized affidavit is the main document as your proof of Date of birth. The additional documents can be your Certificate of Birth from Indian Embassy, High school marks sheet, Your Canadian drivers licence and your Ontario ID card if you have them. However All these additional documents will be mentioned on you "Notarized Affidavit" anyway.
