Hello,
Just a question, that on the check list of new application that is introduced in January 2017, it was written to submit the birth certificate of the applicant along with all the family members whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not.
I am confused here that why they would be wanting the birth certificate of all the family members of your spouse?. Does anybody know if we have to submit the birth certificate of spouse's all family members or just the copy of your spouse's birth certificate is enough?

this means any dependants such as children that are included on the application regardless of whether or not they are coming to canada
