i have identity card , pasport , and dgrees on which my birth date is written.
do i required birth certificate . if required ,can i send application without bith certificate and later i send,

It is a mandatory requirement that you should send Notorized xerox copy of your birth certificate...........if you don't have birth certificate..........then write this in your cover letter and attach a Affidavit stating that that your credentials has details about date of birth.......

never send your application without the proof of date of birth..the CIC people will not consider your application............. without a valid proof of date of birth
