Incase I do not have birth certificate can I give my educational documents where Date of Birth stated.

I had the same issue for my husband. Seems like you are from India. What you can do is get a No record of Birth Certificate from your regional municipality. Make an affidavit of yours or your parents declaring the date of birth, names and saying that they fail to register the date. Finally, write a letter enclosing all this and your degrees showing your DOB and parents name. Attach this with your application.
