Birth Certificate

Dear Friends,

I am forwarding my application under 0711 category. My wife do not had a Birth Certificate. I asked her father to get one. My wife's name prior to marriage was “Vandita Kumar” but after marriage the name was changed to “Vandita” and the passport is in the new name. I have following questions:

1.The birth certificate which my father in law gets issued from the authorities had her name as “Vandita Kumari” ??? as they prepare the birth certificate based on the information in the High School passing certificate.

2.My mother in laws name printed on the birth certificate do not contain the surname whereas the passport do contain surname.

Is there any possibility of CIC raising questions in above scenarios? Your replies will help me to correct any mistake before sending my application.

You could clarify all the above in a covering letter to CIC with your package.

The documents themselves have no issues.
