I have a rather technical question...
In my country, we don't use Birth Certificate, instead we have Registered Domicile.
On the registered domicile, it states your name, birth date and place of birth, which is what CIC is looking for.
Basically, registered domicile is the place you have been registered to reside (the place is not necessarily the same as where you are born).
I got my registered domicile translated and on the translated document, it says Birth Certificate.
The problem is that, my parents decided to move the registered domicile from a place where we used to live to a new place.
All the information on the document, including the place of birth, remains the same, except for the registered address, which is now the new place my parents live.
I just did a quick search and realized that this domicile system is peculiar to my country (maybe used in Korea and China as well according to Wikipedia...)... lol
Anyhow, my question is if I need to submit the new registered domicile.... I don't have my AOR yet, though...
Anyone here had the same issue or any suggestions???
