please I need an advise, I’m filing for my wife and her dependent son. She didn’t get married and d birth certificate of the boy was not issued at birth.
Specific requirements stated that if child birth certificate was not issued as at the time of birth, other documents that that state the parents should be provided. School documents that state the parent but my question is that, my wife and the sons dad never married and didn’t have any documents in their names . Can I provide an explahation or what should I do?
