Birth certificate spelling mistake

Hi folks

I am applying for federal pr and my birth certificate has my father's name misspelled. My father's first name is Mohtam but on my birthday certificate it says Mahotam. My name and my mother's name is correct. Please advise if there will be any issues if I submit this

Also one more thing. My birth certificate is also missing mine and my parents last names

just make sure you have an affidavit with the correct details and your parents signature along with your birth certificate.

joint affidavit not an option because my parents live in india and i m in Canada. is it possible that I just submit the birth cert I have then get a new one with the spelling mistake corrected and last names added and then send it to cic after AOR with an explanation letter.
