birth certificate questions - pakistan

hi everyone,

I was born is 1981. I got my computerized birth certificate made in 2012 from the distant area where I was born. now I have two questions:

1) born in 1981 and birth certificate issued in 2012, is this an issue?

2) in the birth certificate, applicant name is shown as my mother's name. my mother was expired in june 2012. whereas birth certificate was issued in sep 2012. is this an issue?

All I know NADRA also provide brith certificate for old cases like you (as NADRA established far after your birth).

Well i dont thinks it matters as NADRA only takes the information from the old birth certificate and replicate them in the new one
i got my NADRA birth certificate made last year and i did every thing on my own but still shows applicant name of my Aunty as was shown on the old one.
CIC has accepted that and still there is no query from them about it
i hope this will be ok with you or you can mention this in the covering letter.

I want to get birth certificate for my half brother. He resides in Canada. He was born in Poonch, Azad Kashmir but then my father along with his first wife moved to Rawalpindi. My father married my mother after her death.

I have his Passport copy and copy of his old NIC (not computerized). The current and permanent address on his ID card is of our house in Rawalpindi. I called Nadra and they told me to get in touch with union council.

Please guide me. Can I apply for his birth certificate in Rawalpindi even though he was born in Poonch?

Go as per his place of birth in passport. Although I live in Karachi but I had to go interior sindh to get mine done. All the best!

Get a normal (hand written) birth certificate from Poonch the you can apply for NADRA birth certificate from any where.
