Will attaching the affidavit along with birth certificate work for me in express entry?

People have tried to include kids that are not theirs, like nieces and nephews. If IRCC does consider accepting just an affidavit, I would imagine that they would request a DNA test to support it.

It is probably easier to do an actual legal name change.
