My wife has a brother in Canada and got 15 points for that. The problem is, she doesn't have Birth Certificate.
She is born in UAE, and it is really difficult to get birth certificate. In order to claim points for relative in Canada, is BC mandatory? Father name and address in her passport and Brother's passport are same. Will that be enough to prove? Someone please help us.
