I am looking to sponsor my parents and siblings, when I applied as a refugee 4 years ago CBSA seized my birth certificate and passport. I just received my PR and still have not received my birth certificate and my passport How can I get my documents? Please guide. Thank you!

I called CBSA they said to contact IRCC, so that they request my documents from CBSA to be sent to me. I called IRCC, but the phone line does not respond. I have contacted them via the IRCC Contact Web Form. Waiting to hear.....
