Hi,
I emailed the BIQ yesterday about the processing time for my file and this is their reply:
" Bonjour,
Nous vous avons envoyé en recommandé vos CSQ le 28 juin 2010. vous
devriez les recevoir bientôt.
Bien à vous"
From what I understand, they have sent me my CSQ in registered mail which I have not received yet. I am hoping this is true. Have anybody received this kind of reply before?
Thks
Shahzad

Hey Shezad,

looks like you will get a CSQ...or information related to it soon...Good luck Shezad..!!

Hi,

Even I got a registered mail recently on my address. My landlord has it 'coz I am out of town. I don't know what it is. Any idea? I am little worried....

clearly, it mentioned in the email sent by BIQ that they had sent csq to you..So don't worry, you will find csq in the mail.

hi Pratzal

like to say congrats and like to know when u applied and is it HK biq?

Hi, Yes..I applied last September 2010 from Quebec but then they transferred my file to BIQ Hong Kong bcoz I didnt study in quebec for full 1 year or more...I stay in Montreal now with my friend and I also have a french certificate..........so I don't know what it is that they sent...maybe its an acknowledgement or maybe something else...Do they send registered mail usually ?

Pratzal,

Congrats rest of this process goes smoothly from here onwards. Could you please share your timeliness and are of study, and any other information which can benefit us.

thanks

@peso,

Any news bro , what to do ? have you got any idea in order to come out of these uncertainties?

bro am not sure any more only thing is to wait and see

I think QUEBEC has decided to put its applicants to the most difficult situation and psychologically position itself in the mind of its applicant so when immigrants reach to Quebec they should never leave it. Because when something is earned hard its worth more.

Everything goes smoothly? I didn't undestand that....But I haven't even opened the letter yet but I do know its a registered mail....I don't know if the Immigration Bureau sends registered mail for normal, general purposes...like acknowledgement and all.....

@pratzal,

They never send ordinary letter by registered post, so you can be optimistic that it can bring a good news to you.

haha...yeah...but actually I am in Canada and my file was transferred to Hong Kong....so maybe for international mails they make it registered.....

Most of the posts that i've read about people getting any communication by mail was only through registered mail & some through emails also.

regd post makes sense since its an important and confidential document.

Oh yes I know...thanx for the feedback. I got my letter and found out that it was an acknowledgement (as I mentioned earlier) about opening of the file....hope everything goes well.......
