A couple of months ago, I did my biometrics and received a letter from the RCMP stating that I'm all good (no criminal activity), and the letter has my fingerprints. I recently got an email from the IRCC saying I need to pay $85.00 for my Biometrics. What do I do?

It's a different procedure. You need to do biometrics in a Service Canada office.
