When you are getting the Biometrics request after submitting the study permit application? 1 day, 1 week, etc.

I got my email requesting for biometric right after 1 day of applying for visa. I applied online on 6 March and received email on 7 March.

Yes I did on 11 March still haven't received any email saying Biometrics collected. I am gonna wait for a week lets see when will I receive.

Hello, I need some enlightenment, first of all, my son who is 14yo has to give hi Biometrics last year August 2019 for our PR application, but this year we decide to apply for his Student Permit so he can wait for the PR here with us, in our online application we got an update stating: Biometrics: Completed March 31, 2020 (was surprised that the Bio for his PR was linked to the Student permit application), but then we also got a Biometrics Instruction Letter dated same day (March 31. 2020), now we are confused if he needs another Bio since we got the letter or the Bio from his PR is enough since it says on the updated that it's completed? Please help, thanks in advance.
