Hello,

I had a question and was wondering if anyone can help me basically I got ask to give my biometrics (I have a letter) and it says I can go to a VAC or ASC.I am applying from outside Canada btw.To go to an ASC its says that I must already be legally in the United States so my question is what do they mean by that? Is it possible for me to just fly to the U.S and give my biometrics or do I like need to be a citizen in the US already to do so.

Thanks you.

You can give your biometrics at a VAC in your country of residence. You don't have to travel to the US to give your biometrics
