Are you in Canada? Today I found a link in their website saying that they won't have centres for this until 2019http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=717&top=19
Otherwise, there are some people who was asked for biometrics a month after the application of Express Entry. What I know is that they will contact you to tell you where to do it. I am still waiting to be asked for biometrics and my AOR for EE was 20th october
No, I am not in Canada. They also asked me a month after the submission of the application. Does it means that my application is still in the initial stages of review? Or is it nearing its completion of review?
I think they dont need biometrics for all nationalities. Hence, maybe they didnt ask for yours.

Usually, the CIC will send you a biometric instruction letter and only after the issuance of that letter you can give biometric. Thus, you will have to wait until you receive the instruction letter.

The issuance of biometrics letter isn't a reflection of advancement of application.
It could happen at the same time as medicals passed, or a few weeks later.
All it means is that if they haven't requested it yet, they haven't started background check and criminality information sharing with partner countries.
Guys, I need your help. Im worried about the timeframe for my application because I will complete the needed money for POF and will submit the application this feb 26. I only have until march 25 to complete submitting the documents.

Biometrics has nothing to do with that deadline. Once application is submitted and paid for, you will get a letter in your account giving you details on where to go to do biometrics and you'll have 30 days to complete it from that day. This step comes after medicals have passed and background check begins.
