I applied for a work permit extension on December 13th 2018 and they still haven't told me if it was approved or not. I've read that people from America are required now to submit their biometrics to get a work permit or a work permit extension. Was I supposed to provide my biometrics even though I applied before the starting date of the biometrics process?? ( December 31st). Or was I supposed to receive a request to submit it after I submitted my application?
