We have applied for Federal PR through Quebec Skilled Worker Program last month and got an email to submit the biometric today.
The problem is that we applied for our son’s (minor) passport renewal earlier this month where they kept his existing passport.
Now I am not sure if we could submit the biometric at the service canada without his passport. Does anyone had similar situation? Can we go for the biometric without passport? Thanks!
I also heard that Biometrics extensions are not always granted. Is it true?
