Biometrics VFS pune appointment webform filled on 13th march but no appointment letter received

Hello,
I got bil on 13th march and made a vfs appointment request by submitting their webform on the same day.
Location I selected pune city.
So far I have not gotten the appointment letter.
Any idea about this?
