I have send a second application for a temporary visa and I received a letter requesting me to pay the fees of biometrics enrollment. I have given biometrics before and they're still valid, as shown in my IRCC account when I review my application status. The letter instructs me to upload a receipt but there is no option to upload new documents. There is also a mail adress I can write to, I'm planning to write I have already given biometrics and that they are still valid, following the biometrics information that appears in my application status page. Also I plan to attach the first instriction letter I received for given biometrics. I still find it weird that they're asking my biometrics again, is this usual?
