I previously had a visitor visa for which I did the biometrics (in July 2015). Currently I am applying for another visitor visa and my passport has 3 more years of validity, so hoping to get a visa for the whole duration. I mentioned in my application that I would like to retake the biometrics and I paid the fee for it, but didn't get the biometric letter request that my spouse got. Are they gonna send me the letter later? or they may not send the letter at all? In that case, how can I get my money back? Is there a contact email or phone number that I can use?
