To anyone who did BioMetrics, I have a question please

The closest Biometrics to where my PA is is in Erbil, Iraq
https://visa.vfsglobal.com/irq/en/can

Do I just create an account online at https://www.vfsglobal.ca/ and choose an appointment date that works for my PA? And just make sure my PA is there at the appointment/date time? Also when I make the account, do I just make it using my name (the sponsor)?

Or should the PA do it by phone? If anyone can help, greatly appreciated.


Also on the "What to bring" on the VFS Global Site, it says to also bring:

• Printout of your completed visa application form (including 2 copies of 2D barcode sheets)
  No manual amendments to this form will be accepted at the Visa Application Centre

I am planning to tell my PA to bring the BIL Letter, Her Passport, her citizenship, and appoitment confirmation

What is a "completed visit application form"?

And Also I pre-paid my biometrics fee

When I book online and create the account does it matter under which name I created like for example myself the sponsor or the PA?

i dont believe it matters much what the username of the account is, but id rather have it as the applicant’s.

I scheduled biometrics using VFS Global Site. I got the confirmation Letter and I am able to search using the Refrence Number on vfs global site.

But In the email it says:

Enclosed is your appointment letter, which can be viewed and printed. You are required to carry a print out of this letter to the Visa Application center on the appointment date.

As next steps: Click on ‘confirm appointment’ to confirm your visit to the Canada Visa Application Center. Click on ‘reschedule appointment’ for a change in date. You may choose to cancel by clicking on ‘Cancel appointment’. Kindly carry a copy of this letter to your scheduled appointment.

I have clicked on "Confirm Appoitment", but it just take's me to VFS Global Login screen?

If I search for it via "Email Appoitment Letter", I can find it no problem. Does this mean already confirmed?
