Biometrics not updated on the portal? PR Inland

Hello Everyone,

I applied inland for my Permanent Residency on November 10th 2022, my visa office is the Nova Scotia office. On the portal online, it does not show that my biometrics has been updated. I called IRCC today 1/30/2023 and they told me that from their end it shows that my biometrics has been done, but don't know why it is now showing on my portal. Has anyone been in this situation?

I'm in the exact same boat. When I called IRCC 24 Jan, they said the bio results were linked to my application number, but it's not showing on my profile page. It appears from reading the forums, that those who get BIL and submit them will have them updated, otherwise if you're using old ones they won't show up.
