Searched for a similar thread, but those I could find were all about short-term visa applications, sorry if I missed an existing one.
So here's my problem: me and my husband submitted our PR application (me being the principal applicant) on 29 Nov 2018 and received the biometrics collection letter on 18 Jan 2019. We went to the relevant visa center in Ankara, Turkey and gave biometrics on 4 February 2019, 14 days before the deadline of 18 Feb.
A few days later, my husband's biometrics details (registration number, date of enrolment etc.) appeared on the system under the view dependants tab but mine were missing. So on 16 February I sent a message to IRCC via the webform asking whether everything was ok and they replied to me a few days later that there is no problem. Meanwhile, right after the deadline to give biometrics passed on the 18th February the status message on my profile turned into "We have not received your fingerprints." I waited for a couple of weeks and sent another message to IRCC notifying them this time about the status message after more than 1 month has passed since we gave the biometrics. Then they sent me a reply telling me that they confirm that the responsible office has not received my fingerprints.
I sent them the slip and the barcode given to me by the visa office after we gave our fingerprints and they sent another message confirming that they conveyed the documents to the responsible office and if that office needs further enquiry, they would contact me directly.
This happened on the 14th of March and since then I heard nothing and the status message still reads the same.
I sent another message the other day, no reply yet, though I also didn't receive the autoreply for the confirmation of receipt.
But anyway, is there anyone who has experienced a similar situation?
