I am asking this on behalf of my cousin, can someone please assist. He has applied for PR and submitted his application , but then he needs to travel to the states for vacation for about 5 months. He is worried if he gets an invite to submit biometrics, will he have to return back to his country of application? Or can he give biometrics from the US? Also, any idea how long it might take to receive an invite for biometrics after application submission?
