biometrics letter not received

Hi All!

I have submitted my online application but it's been over 5 days and have not yet received a biometrics letter. It's usually an automated email and comes right after submitting it online.

1- has anyone had a similar case or knows anything on what can help me out?
2- In case i want to withdraw my online application and hand it in person how can I do that?

I've already emailed the embassy but no reply yet!

Not all nationalities require biometrics. Are you sure you are from a country that requires it?

Do you know how long it takes for the system to be updated after biometrics completed? is it a realtime ? or it does take hours/days?

Took my wife 3 days for it to show up.

I definitely need to give bionetrics and I've already paid for it as well. It's just weird why the letter has not been sent. It usualy comes right after the payment is done, it's an autonated email.

Not all nationalities require biometrics. Are you sure you are from a country that requires it?

Are you expecting an email? Or did you check your MyCIC messages? It should be there under one of the messages in your application.

It should go to my messages under my cic account. But it's nit there yet. My payment and everything has been approved though!
