biometrics "action is required"

I have applied online to study permit on 24 July. And it was written in my CIC application that they need my biometrics and it is action required from my side, so I went on 27 July to the center and I did it, but still pending not reflected on my application.

I have contacted the center and they confirmed that my biometrics has been sent.

I don't know what can I do, plz advise

when did it eventually show up? I have the same problem. It's been 25 days with no updates, and still shows action is required!!
