My husband applied from Abu Dhabi in July 2021 through gkey. This is his second application- previous TRV expired. We raised 3 web forms and reapplied through the portal. Today we received a message on gkey (correspondence letter) re: the validity of his biometrics. The purpose of the letter was to state his biometrics are valid . However, we already knew this and biometrics were done years ago.
