Biometric Submitted on submission day but IRCC sent biometric request letter

Hello Folks,

One of my friend submitted application on July 15, 2019 at VFS and biometric complete on the same date. But IRCC sent email on July 18, 2019 requesting bio-metric enrollment.

However after receiving that letter we did GC Key and found out they've confirmed that biometric done on July 15, so why IRCC sent separate email request for biometric again.

Does anyone have idea? Did it happened with anyone before? Please share your experience and knowledge with us. Thanks.

It by mistake.if your biometric updated in ur gckey account then u do not worry about this email.

Just reply to their email and attach it again. it could be a mistake.
