Hello guys! I was wondering if anyone had this same situation as i do regarding my biometrics. I recieved BIL on October 11, 2018 and had given my biometrics on October 12, 2018 and i can see on my account the biometrics Number and expiration date, however recently my status has changed from "we do not need your fingerprints" to "we have not recieved your fingerprints. Check messages below" , but there are no Messages on my account and i am worried if there are any further actions i should do or it is just a System glitch? Is anyone have same issue?
