biometric request for indians

Hi I submitted my EE on Nov 2. WHEN CAN I EXPECT BIOMETRIC LETTER REQUEST?

For Indians usually there is no need for biometric till now. But if it crosses Dec 31 2018 and enters 2019 then I think u will need to give and it depends for each case. But as I have read other posts think it would be after MEP

You shouldn't expect one. If your passport issuing country is India, you won't need Biometrics.
