Biometric letter not received till date

Hello everyone,

Hope you all are doing well !

I have submitted the online application for study visa but mistakenly my agent clicked "yes" on the biometric question. At the end of the application, the agent has paid only CAD 150 whereas he has not paid biometric fee of CAD 85.

I have received the confirmation letter on the portal. Later, I filled the webform and even mailed to IRCC delhi for this information but till now I have not received a respond.

please advice what should be the next step of action ?

Pay the Biometric Fee and upload the receipt in the webform.
