Biometric is scheduled post invitation expiry

My fiancee applied for visitors TRV at Lahore and her Biometric invitation letter expires on October 10th. She has now received a biometric appointment for Oct 25th.
She emailed both VFS and IRCC 3 days ago, but no reply.

Any suggestions from anyone?

Send a web form also to let them know even though you already sent the emails.
