I haven't received the BIL yet. I had submitted the application to IRCC in June. But I got a request in a week that you need to make the payment for Biometrics in July (While submitting the application, I chose the option YES for "Have you traveled "last 10 years that you have given Biometrics").
I uploaded the Payment receipt on 7th July 2021. Since then, I don't see any response yet from IRCC. It has been more than 2 months.
During these 2.5 months, I had submitted the Web forms 2-3 times but haven't received any response yet from IRCC.
Can anyone experience the same? If so, could you please help me with this?
Would appreciate your help on this.
PS. I did a search in different forums. They all had this problem but none of the folks answered the question when did they get the letter.
