Biometric has not arrived

Hii,
I applied for my wife PR application on Jan 2024.
Since that her medical has done.
And she got the prearrival latter as well.
But she didn't get Biometric .
At the same time there is no update in PR tracker.
It's been 6 months.
What I need to do?
