Biometric enrolled but status still shows action required.

Hi All,

I gave my biometrics at VFS on 25 Oct 2023. Same day I am able see my biometric number, expiry date,etc on top under application information.

Biometrics:
Biometrics Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Date of Biometrics Enrolment: October 25, 2023
Expiry Date: October 25, 2033

But application status is 'Your action is needed'.
Also, under biometric it shows
'We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details.'

Can someone please help here. Any steps I can do to get it resolved.
Is this problem happened to you earlier, can you share your experience.

Same October 25, 2023, my case remains unchanged, with no updates. My old bio remains the same as before.
