Biometric confirmation

I have applied to visitor visa for myself, spouse and Kid 2 days ago, however, I received biometric (BCL) confirmation only for me and wife. Does anyone know if it takes certain time and where to contact if it not receive in next 4-5 days.

Under 14 years of age no need to give biometric
